Family Day Care holds a special place in my heart-for children, families, and the wider community.
I’ve worked in a variety of roles across the Early Childhood Sector, including Long Day Care, Family Day Care as an educator, and as a coordinator. Over the years, my passion for creating caring, nurturing environments where children can thrive has only deepened. I firmly believe that Family Day Care Early Years educators play a crucial role in supporting each child’s growth and learning-laying the foundations that help them develop with confidence and curiosity as they prepare for their schooling years.
I believe Family Day Care offers families a unique opportunity to balance work while having their children cared for in a home setting. It brings with it so much joy, meaningful friendships, and a strong sense of community-surrounding families with others who truly value the importance of nurturing relationships and deep connections in a warm, home-based environment.
