Flexibility

As a Family Day Care Educator, you can set your own working hours and days and set your own fees, all from the comfort of your own home. Within government regulations, you can choose how many children, and the ages of children, that you would like to care for.

Just get paid!

Unlike other schemes Building Futures Care takes care of all administrative duties including collecting parent fees. Educators are paid directly into their nominated account each week and all fee management and enrolments are done by us! Building Futures Care offers competitive administrative levy fees.

Montessori Philosophy

For Educators that are interested in delivering a Montessori program in their Family Day Care service we can offer mentors who are highly qualified and experienced in the delivery of the Montessori Philosophy.

Support and Training

We believe that placing value on Educators individual diversity is integral to the strength and the success of a scheme. As a scheme we offer Educators professional development opportunities as well as hands on training and guidance.

“We recognise that each Educator brings with them their own teaching philosophy, cultural experiences and ideals.”

Vicki McKinnon, CEO
